13 year old Dad

Alfie, a 13 year old boy who who looks more like eight, became a father four days ago when his girlfriend Chantelle Steadman gave birth to 7lb 3oz Maisie Roxanne.

Maisie was conceived after Chantelle and Alfie — just 12 at the time — had a single night of unprotected sex.

Alfie's father Dennis, said it was the first time he’d had sex, that he didn’t know what he was doing and of the complications that could come.

Alfie is described as “a typical 13-year-old boy”. “He loves computer games, boxing and Manchester United.”

Chantelle told how she discovered she was expecting after going to her GP with “really bad” stomach pains. She said: “Me and Alfie went. The doctor asked me whether we had sex. I said yes and he said I should do a pregnancy test. He did the test and said I was pregnant. I started crying and didn’t know what to do.

“He said I should tell my mum but I was too scared.

“We didn’t think we would need help from our parents. You don’t really think about that when you find out you are pregnant. You just think your parents will kill you.”

But Penny figured out what was going on after buying Chantelle a T-shirt which revealed her swelling tum.

The funny part Alfie is supposedly responsible as "he wanted to be the first to hold Maisie after the hospital birth". He tenderly kisses the baby and gives her a bottle.
His father Dennis, 45, said: “He could have shrugged his shoulders and sat at home on his Playstation. But he has been at the hospital every day.”

Chantelle admitted she and Alfie — who are both being supported by their parents — would be accused of being grossly irresponsible. She said: “We know we made a mistake but I wouldn’t change it now. We will be good loving parents.

More like the will be looked after by the British Government

Chantelle and Maisie were released from hospital yesterday. They are living with Penny, Chantelle’s jobless dad Steve, 43, and her five brothers in a rented council house in Eastbourne. The family live on benefits.

Alfie is allowed to stay overnight and even has a school uniform there so he can go straight to his classes in the morning.

Wow sweet right, a 13 year old boy who should be concentrating on school, playing with his friends and just having fun will probably end up having sex every night with Chantelle.

Not to sure who got who to have sex, but why would you want to have sex with someone who looks eight.

Its seems that the baby might not be Alfie's two boys Richard Goodsell, 16, and 14-year-old Tyler Barker who live close to the Stedmans in Eastbourne, East Sussex, have claimed paternity.

Richard has said he had sex at least three times with Chantelle around the time she became pregnant.

Tyler said: 'I slept with Chantelle about nine months ago and I'm really worried I could be the father. I hope it's not me

'Alfie believed he was the father but due to reports in the News of the World at the weekend, he wants to make sure by having a DNA test as soon as possible.'

Maybe it is one of the other boys but Chantelle maybe thinks Alfie would be the better father as she can control him, especially Alfie being only 13

Topless women in shows

I was watching a tv show last night and it had a few women topless in it, why they had to be topless i don't know, they could have put a sheet over them, but no the person making the show said the women had to be topless i guess

But it brought up a memory from years ago of a Pizza Shop near where i live that i think was loosing money so they decided to have topless women taking the orders for Pizza after 9pm.
I remember a friend of mine went there as her boyfriend wanted to go to order a Pizza from there just to see the women topless.
When they got there the women were supposedly not that good looking and leaning into the guys i guess making it that the man who was ordering almost touched their breasts.

I remember the Pizza store ended up closing a month or two later, it seems that the first few weeks where fine but customers stopped going to the store, hehehe some people do weird things to bring customers into their shops don't they

Australian Government says no to sales of Online Computer Games

It seems that Australia has banned the selling of certain online computers games that are known as massively multiplayer online role-playing games (MMORPGs).

Games such as World of Warcraft, Age of Conan, Warhammer Online and Pirates of the Burning Sea.

It seems they have not been given any classification like M or MA15+

A spokeswoman for Federal Attorney-General Robert McClelland said that,
"The National Classification Scheme does not distinguish between games based on whether or not they contain a single player component," she said.
"Online games are computer games within the meaning of the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Act 1995 and are covered under the existing legislation."

A spokesman for NSW Attorney-General John Hatzistergos said the NSW Classification. That the enforcement of the act was the responsibility of police but penalties for breaking these laws ranged from $1100 to $11,000 for individuals and/or 12 months' imprisonment. For corporations the fines were approximately double.

Why has it taken Australia so long to find this, why didn't they do something about it when the games first started coming out, that would have been over 10 years ago.

I'm sure Blizzard (owners of WoW) will be looking at this little problem and working out what they need to do to make the game able to be sold in Australia again

I'm just glad that they didn't enforce this when Wrath of The Lich King came out, i would not be a very happy bunny as I'm sure other players in this country would be

My Brilliant Career

I watched an old Australian movie from the 1970's on the weekend called My Brilliant Career, it is one of my favourite movies to watch, i remember seeing it many years ago and it stayed in my memory forever.

I was able to buy the movie last week as there is a movie magazine series that you can buy every fortnight of Australia movies and this was one of them.
Ive been looking to buy this movie for years and this is the first time Ive been able to find it so i was of course very happy.

The movie is bassed on a story written by Miles Franklin, who was born as Stella Maria Sarah Miles Franklin in 1879, she was was an Australian writer and feminist

When the book came out many people thought that it was true to what Miles life was like, with many similarities born on a grazing property, her maternal grandmother near Tumut (NSW), early part of her life at Brindabella, property near Goulburn, NSW, and then in 1903 to Penrith (NSW)

What the movie is about is a women called Sybilla a headstrong girl growing up in late 19th century Australia, and her journey to finding her self.

The movie starts of with her living at her parents house where Sybylla's shoes are tied with string, at 17 she is the eldest child and is sent to do men based jobs like, milking cows, chopping wood and chasing after her father at the pub, but when she goes inside her parents h0use she is to be a lady again.
With having to do most of the manly jobs Sybylla rarely gets the chance to fulfill her artistic passions for writing, acting and music

Her parents tell Sybylla that she needs to get a job as they are not being able to afford to keep her anymore. What happens is that she is sent to stay with her maternal Grandmother where she is praised for her piano playing and freed from any agricultural labour. While living there Sybylla shows impatience with the argument that "marriage shows women respectability", but as Sybylla seems to realise that gender does not transcend class, even though a higher social position may offer a women more comfortable forms of subordination

While she is there she meets one of the neighbours Harry Beecham, after getting to know each other Harry asks Sybylla to marry him, she says she cannot as she is to young and would tell him in three years where she will give him an answer. I wont spoil this by telling you what the answer is when he does go back to see her.

Sybylla thinks of herself as ugly and thinks that no man would ever want to marry her, she shows it with this.... Sybylla: I think ugly girls should be shot at birth by their parents, its bad enough being born a girl, but ugly and clever.

Miles Franklin died in 1954. In her will she bequeathed her estate to establish an annual literary award known as The Miles Franklin Award

The movie had two unknowns in the lead rolls

It was directed by Gillian Armstrong who is now known by other movies she directed
